Payment, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

Course Payment:

  • Payment Options:
    • Pay in full or place a deposit of $250 to reserve your slot.
    • The balance must be paid before the first day of class.
  • Non-Refundable Deposit:
    • The initial deposit (or first $250) is non-refundable.
    • Failure to pay the balance will result in forfeiture of your slot and deposit.

Course Refund Policy:

  • Refunds:
    • No refunds after the morning of the first class.
  • Credit for Future Courses:
    • If you cannot attend due to unforeseen events or illness, your full payment will be credited toward a future course (including private courses).

Withdrawal & Cancellation Policy:

  • Class Withdrawals:
    • Withdrawals up to one week before the class start date are allowed.
    • A second cancellation results in forfeiture of your $250 deposit.
    • A third cancellation forfeits all payments.

Trip Cancellations:

  • Refundable Deposits:
    • Deposits are refundable until the payment due date(s).
    • Cancellations within 90 days of the trip are non-refundable.

Charter Cancellations:

  • Refunds Based on Timing:
    • Cancel at least 72 hours before departure for a full refund.
    • Cancel within 72–24 hours, and refunds will only be issued if the spot is filled.
    • No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours.
  • Weather-Related Cancellations:
    • Full refunds will be issued if the charter is canceled due to weather conditions.
