Payment and Cancellation

Course payment – You can pay in full now or place a deposit to reserve a slot in the class (minimum deposit of $250.00). If a deposit is made, the balance is due prior to the first day of class. If the balance isn’t paid, you will forfeit your slot and your initial $250.00 deposit. Note the initial deposit (or first $250.00) is non-refundable.

Course Refund – No part of your payment may be refunded after the morning of the first day of class. If you are unable to attend the course due to unforeseen events or illness, your full payment will be credited toward any future course, including private courses.

A student may withdraw from a class up till a week prior to the class start date. A second cancellation will result in forfeit of your $250 deposit. A third cancellation will forfeit all payments.

Trip Cancellations:  Deposits may be refundable up until the date the deposit or payment is due.  Cancelations within 90 days are non refundable.

Charters cancellation must be before 72 hours prior to departure in order to get a refund.  Within 72 but prior to 24 hours refunds will only be given if the spot is filled. Cancellations within 24 hours no refunds will be issued.  

If a charter is canceled due to weather full refunds will be given.
